Health-Fitness-Physique a big trade mark today. Thousands of people around the world are constantly worries about their fitness issues. They pay in thousands, some time in lacs to stay fit. People hires trainers, instructors, coaches and some diet planner and working out according their suggestions constantly over their body just to get a ripped and toned Physique to looks good, to impress other. They spent numbers of hour in Gym, Spa and Yoga Centres.
Today, fitness is simply described as well build muscular body with atleast six packs abs.
But, who knows an average body builder, who seems to fit and fine is actually suffering with his health issues in routine life. His muscle emerged daily. An average person who is a gym freak has some issue with his body. Most common body disaster which a body builder or gymmer faced are :
These are the most common side effects which a average body builder faced in this growing session.
So, the questions is that how to stay fit and health. Today, Gym is the most commonly attended station for health lovers. There are many other areas, where we can work to stay us fit and healthy, but people give large interest to the Gym and Health Clubs.
Every generation are crazy about the health and fitness. Different ages generation gives preference according to their area of interest :
1. Youngster spent time in fields and play games and sports :-
2. Teenager goes to Gyms and do heavy working out :-
3. Middle Aged and Old aged people choose light workout like walking on the ground in the morning or doing yoga etc.
So, every generation has his interest of area to stay fit and health.
I am here to guide the people who usually spent time in Gym, Health Club and Fitness centre to maintain them fit and fine and even hire professional to get ripped and toned physique.

An average person can build himself very well just in 6 months (Guaranteed), if he follows a proper exercise plan and diet plan.
I have came across to many people who are working out from many years and months but they have problem with their physique that they are not properly gaining muscle, not getting toned and ripped.
Because, people just went to the health club and start exercises without knowing that how to do that. Many health club have their trainers, but the trainer do not take interest in his client as much as they can.
They just tell them basic of exercise, but do not let them know the exact technique of the exercise and people just do formalities in gym by pulling up and down weight/dumbbell etc.
I am here to let you know the proper technique and exercise that will help you get your muscle as soon as possible.
There are four major factors of gym. Which totally depends on each other. If you want to build yourself in very fast and good manner and follows these :-
1. EXERCISE : If you want to build your self earlier then so should know how to do exercise and which exercise is more beneficial to muscle you out and your exercise is totally depends on your STAMINA.
2. STAMINA : Stamina, is another major part of your exercise. Proper and heavy exercise can help you build fast and heavy exercise is only when possible, if you have a stipulated stamina do this. So, your stamina is actually help you to build you more.
3. PROPER DIET : DIET, is most common factor to grow up as a man physically or to grow up your muscle as body builder. Proper diet gives you proper protein to repair your muscle and tissue, which break down during exercise and it will also increase your stamina. Stamina is totally depends on your DIET.
4. PROPER REST : To grow as a body builder, exercise is necessary and to do better exercise, stamina is more important and to maintain your stamina, your DIET is helpful.
But, to keep all these three things in top, it is most important that how much you take rest after doing workout.
REST, is the only factor which work on your all three above mentioned factors. If you are doing good exercise and taking healthy DIET as well, but you are not giving your body proper rest than your effort are all in vaine.
So keep this in your mind that an average person who is doing workout is need proper rest to relax his muscle. Because, when we took rest our body work internally and it distribute all necessary element to our body parts which we gain from foods.
Please keep in mind that we need proper REST as per exercise schedule, but don't be a BED ANIMAL for all the time. Because, to take things in excessive is always cause diseases.
