How beginners should setup their mind for GYM/HEALTH CLUB
What beginners think in their first day training session, when they rushed into the Gym/Health Clubs?
Usually, people imitate by others and blown up by their mind in this first day training session. They do not follow their coach instruction, they are much interested in what other doing.
- Please be sure about your first day training because it is as much important to set up your mind for upcoming training session. So don't copy your fellows, always try to do what your coach want to do. Always follow your coach!
Don't behave oversmart : Sometime people think, they could do better exercise and they can lift more as usually the trainer ask them to lift.
They think they can beat their fellows by doing all heavy work out and their mind making own sense of exercise. They feel they have much strength to lift more, which caused muscle injury.
Don't overload yourself : Please keep in mind that you are doing all this in first time, you muscle and body are not habitual for doing this. As usual it caused injury in your first day training.

Sometime, many of us say casually Good Bye to Gym/Health Club just after finishing first day training, its just because of they trained them self professionally in this first day working out, they do not follow their coach and it went hard for them when they are at home, their muscle get over pumped.
So, you have to make it habitual day by day. Please give first preference only which is essential for you to lift and warm up your muscle in a long running period.
One more things, in your first day training session avoid to much workout and weight, as your body make efforts first time for all these.
Muscle growth is very slow process, your today's workout will award you after 15 days. Do not drop your training after first day session. Sometime, it is very hard to get back in the Gym after first day training, because muscle get pained very badly. The people think, this is not easy to get muscle.
So, it is very important that how you take your first day training and how to set up your mind for all complete training session.
Your first day in the Gym will leads your entire training session to build you nicely.
